Welcome to Romi Body By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Product Use
Romi Body wellness tools and oils are designed to support everyday self-care, relaxation, circulation, lymphatic flow, and body maintenance.
Our products are intended for general wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Please use all products as directed and discontinue use if irritation, pain, or discomfort occurs.
Natural Materials & Care
Each Romi Body tool is crafted from natural beech wood and finished with a non-toxic varnish. Because our tools are made from natural materials, slight variations in wood grain, colour, and texture may occur.
As with many wooden massage tools, occasional loosening of beads or moving parts may happen over time with regular use. In many cases, these can simply be re-secured with a small amount of strong adhesive.
To help maintain the quality and longevity of your tools:
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth
- Do not soak in water
- Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Regular oiling can help preserve the wood finish
Orders & Payments
All prices on our website are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Payments are processed securely through our website checkout providers. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations before dispatch.
Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays outside of our control.
Romi Body is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or damaged during transit once they have been handed over to the courier provider.
Refunds & Returns
Due to hygiene and wellness reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, customers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for products that arrive faulty or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- and photos where possible
